Shipping Policies

 

A note about shipping:

I pack and ship all packages personally within 2 business days.  However, since I rely on USPS I have set my delivery time as 1-2 weeks. 

 

I package and mail products for the first 2 hours of my day and then use the rest of my time doing all things that bring this shop to life.  I also always ship packages in the order they come in unless I get a special request for a rush order.

 

Domestic Orders:

Almost all domestic orders carry delivery confirmation, but not insurance. Please let me know if you would like insurance so I can get you a proper quote and adjust your shipping cost once you’ve approved it.

 

International Orders:

These orders do not include delivery confirmation unless shipped priority mail. They also do not include insurance shipping USPS unless they are sent registered mail (a minimum of $23+ for shipping.) I keep all customs forms and receipts for international orders.  If your order is lost I am happy to send proof of mailing.  Please note that I do not cover the cost of lost orders.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back at your own expense within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

If you are not happy with any item you may return it for the item price within one week (see above).  Please contact me and I will be happy to refund you if you are not satisfied.

Return Exceptions:

I do not accept returns on greeting cards as they are made to order and personalized.


I do not except returns on apparel due to the wrong size being purchased.  If you have any questions regarding measurements please message me so we can discuss your needs and get the right size sent to you.


I do not except returned on washed or worn apparel. 


I do not except returns on washed or used resin coasters, charcuterie boards or mugs.


I do not except returns on sola flowers or bouquets.  If there is an issue with your order, please message me (with photos) regarding the problem and I will do my best to rectify the issue.
